We all knew that my husbands grandfather was old and near his time. He even told us so himself, daily it seemed this week, and said he was ready to die. 97 years old that man and he was still tough as nails and independent. He passed away tonight, which is why I'm still up. I don't think I'll be around for a couple of days.

Debbie, couldn't get around to wishing you a happy birthday earlier. Hope it was a great one.

Has it really been that long since I update?

Well let's just dive into things. Halloween was surprisingly fun for me this year. I actually dressed up as a pirate XD and according to my students 'The BEST pirate they've ever seen!' *shrug* So say the 5 year olds. Got plenty of candy to tie me over for a few late nights and now that Halloween is over I'll be stocking up on 75% off chocolate <3

I bought Avatar book 3 today. Very surprised they'd come out with it so soon since they're not even finished showing us all the new eps but what do I care?! I'm just glad it's out. I hope the rest of them come out this way. Bought Karas II also. Haven't gotten to watching it yet. I feel like I have NO spare time. It doesn't help that I have another bad sinus infection. The downside of being a teacher, you get ALL the germs in the world. One little girl almost puked all over me last week. I barely got out of the way and moved her to the bathroom area. *shrudder* not a pretty picture.

So my son is a true anime-holic nerd at age four. He has recently discovered Gundam Wing and is in love with Heero's Gundam. I never knew he paid so much attention to it until recently when on a car trip, with Avenged Sevenfold in the CD player, he said, "Mom that music sounds just like the one on Gundam Wing!" he was terribly excited by his discovery that I just nodded and went along with it. But when I started the song over and actually listened to the electric guitar solo it DOES sound like pieces of Gundam Wing. *hugs her baby* I'm so proud of his musical intelligence!!

Bleach was AWESOME this week. The color spread was beautiful and so IchixRuki it hurts. <3 Tite I love you. I LOVED Byakuya being all protective of Rukia *squee* and Kenpachi and Yachiru pawn.

Epidsode 9 of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei was released this week in subs so I'm super thrilled! Can't wait to watch it. :)

Okay so day started off bad when my football team did bad...but then stupid Azerial (laptop) wouldn't come on and after many a tries from more technofriendly people, I have two choices. Reload XP and hope it saves my stuff or do a complete restoration and lose all my files. I wouldn't really be this torn up about it if I didn't have a ton of 'plot bunny' chapters, and stories all written up. And to make it worse I had a bunch of links on there that I will lose :(

Oh yeah, and today, Monday, I'm having my 'supervisor' of sorts come observe me today before I get moved to a different location to do this all over for six more weeks. The worst part is I dont' have a lesson yet and it's 12:38. I'm sleepy, cranky, and would much rather be reading Dracula than thinking of great ideas to 'wow' my supervisor so that she thinks I'm capable and lets me graduate. Things would be sooooo much better if my laptop hadn't given up on me. *cries* Life is a bitch at the moment. 8 more weeks....8 more weeks.... I can do this, I may not sleep but sleep is for the weak! Okay well not really.

Bleach killed me this week. A whole chapter dedicated to Orihime leaving? Give me a break. I punched spouse in the face for saying, "See she loves him and that's why she deserves to be with him." I told him if he repeated that there would be divorce papers on the desk tomorrow. ,. ,, ,, , Okay so he didn't take me seriously, and I didn't mean it....and my punch didn't really hurt, but it's all about the principle of things.

Wow tax free weekend MUST be a freakin conspiracy by the government. I swear I have never seen so many people getting out of their house to buy clothes -_-;; I have never felt so bad for chashiers in the stores.

Written because syneiamasked how we wanted for Ichigo and Rukia to unite and I chose this route. Why? Not because I love angst but because I want to torture Ichigo a little.

Title: Reunion

AN: Ignore the grammar please XD I will edit it when I get some more time I swear!

The echoes bounced off the block walls as they ran down corridor after corridor. They were close to where Rukia’s reiatsu had been and nothing or no one was going to stop him now. Orihime and Nell ran behind Ichigo, the former praying her legs would not give out, while the latter wished she was riding on Strawberry instead.

Thrusting open the oversized double doors he froze. His eyes adjusted quickly in the darkened room, the crater sized hole in the ceiling proving the only light in the rather plain barely furnished space. The glow of the moon illuminating a petite figure in black with the white beam hitting her like a spotlight would a fallen hero in a Shakespearean play.

His breath hitched and he began to run forward towards her when he spotted the other figure on the floor beside her.

Ichigo would like to believe that this was his only moment to falter, to pause, to have a thousand emotions run through him yet push them all away because it did not matter. The man whose trident zanpakto was clutched loosely in his hand who wore HIS face did not matter. Rukia mattered.

But when he was three steps away from her form he paused again, this time so brief, so minutely that it was lost on one of his two companions. But Nell was observant and saw his posture change immediately. She watched as the hurt in his eyes became so visible that her own began to tear up as well.

One step closer and he saw the streaks of blood from where she had fallen and where she had dragged herself in the direction of the door. He dropped to his knees and rolled her over in one fluid motion pulling her into his arms as he did. “Rukia!” he called to her but received no response so he shook her the next time he called her. Wiping the blood from her face, he checked for other signs of injury and found it too difficult to know, to know how badly she’d been injured without him there to help her. To protect her.

Her body was cold, much colder against his body than any other time she had been this close and it worried him more sending his heart pounding harder. He was not too late. He had made it his mind chanted. He would not admit anything else.

When he heard her groan softly he felt brief satisfaction in knowing that she was not dead yet, Inoue would heal her and she would be okay. But when she opened her mouth his name was not on her lips, “Kaien-dono.”

For reasons unknown he felt as if he was Grimmjow had just pierced him with his sword, particularly near the chest because that was where it hurt the most. He felt winded.

“Rukia its okay, I’m here, you’re going to be fine. Stop talking and save your strength,” he told her quickly pulling her more into his lap.

She pursed her lips together again, the blood that had been there before had stained her ivory skin he noted, but she recaptured his attention when she spoke again, “I’m sorry.”

He opened his mouth to reassure her that it was okay, that she was fine and that everything would be okay but failed to speak as she whispered HIS name again.

“Kaien.”

That familiar jab was there again with a vengeance. Only this time it felt as if the sword was higher, towards his heart, and the person holding it was twisting it.

“No! Rukia! It’s me Ichigo.” He didn’t know why he yelled so desperately at her that it was him. He couldn’t explain why at that very moment nothing was more important that her knowing it was him holding her and not the person named Kaien, the person who even near death was haunting her, earning an apology from her. “Ichigo,” he repeated, more softly this time.

Her eyes moved from beneath her lids before opening slowly. He stopped breathing completely when he saw her eyes, her eyes that always had a beautiful hue of indigo and would sparkle when she was doing something mischievous, were now only a pale shade of the vibrancy they once held. But what struck him the worst was that they appeared lifeless.

“Ichi-go.”

Yes. Yes it’s me, he thought, you’re going to make it. He pulled her head towards his chest no longer able to see the effect the moon’s rays did to the eyes he so vividly remembered. Her right arm moved slowly towards him before her hand clutched his robes tightly, or as tightly as she could manage.

“Thank you.”

He pulled her tighter, as tight as he could physically be next to her without causing her more pain. She was an idiot, he thought, thanking him at a time like this, when apologies, thank-yous and greetings did not matter. Nothing mattered but her. He wanted to yell at her, carry her away, shake her, and hug her and never let her go, all at the same time, but he knew it was not the time. Things were complicated enough. There had been enough torrent of emotion running through him to complicate things. It would all get said or done later….when they were gone from Hueco Mundo. When she was safe again. When she was better. When he felt whole again.

Her whispered voice did not escape his ears, “for not letting me die alone.”

At a later time be damned, he was going to tell her to stop talking nonsense right then and there, but then his eyes widened when he felt her grip slacken and saw her hand fall away, her pale thin arm hanging to the ground below her.

Shit.

“Inoue!”

The girl still breathing hard quickly shortened the distance between her and the couple on the floor. Nell bounced off her but did not approach Ichigo. His reiatsu and voice spoke volumes to her. She wiped her tears off on her sleeves and watched as Orihime produced a shield to begin healing.

The more Ichigo continued to hold her, the more he felt her slipping away, only this time more quickly. Her body colder almost soulless sent him into a panic. “Hurry! She’s fading!” He shouted to his schoolmate not noticing the tears pouring down her face or her shaky hands above the barrier.

Orihime continued to hold the barrier above her friend, but knew that immediately when she had begun Kuchiki-san was no longer living. Kuchiki-san was dead. She looked up to see Kurosaki-kun’s eyes and she bit back a sob when she saw silent tears running down his face that he probably did not even know he was shedding. He didn’t spare her a glance only continued to watch attentively the girl he clutched like a life line.

She knew what she was about to do was wrong. She didn’t know the repercussions of her actions or if the Kuchiki-san she brought back would even be the same person that had been her friend. But she knew that if she didn’t bring her back from the dead, Kurosaki-kun was going to break in a way no one would be able to heal him.

Closing her eyes, she began to concentrate. She would do this….for him AND for Kuchiki-san.

Notes: Yes I do know that when Kaien died his face was no longer the one he wore but use your imagination : )

Oh lord it happened. It caught me so off guard and yet I cannot say I wish it had NOT happened and for this I blame one person. *points to danielle's corner* I have been converted to an Ouran Host Club fangirl.........

And I'm not sure how this could have come to be! *cue dramatic music* I thought I had my heart filled with enough fandom, but yet I couldn't stop clicking 'next eps' on the veoh website links that sodanielle kindly gave and thus I am now obsessed.

I finished the last of my projects for this semester yesterday night and to celebrate I watched eps 20-26 and had to force myself to watch the last episode *was in denial that it was over*. Maybe because I skipped a bc pill yesterday, I was happy class was done, or maybe I had too much sugar-----but as I watched the last episode I teared up *is ashamed* OHHHHHH the drama my fandoms bring me -_-.... The brightside was it perked hubby's attention (I did not wait to watch them with him *evil grin*) and he volunteered to buy them for me XD Oh yeah he's getting lucky all week ho ho ho ho ho ho.....ANYWAY.....

Because I have found a new outlet for my fangirl episodes, I was hoping to get more info on this series. I know there are no more eps *grumble stupid assholes* but I know there's a manga out there, is it complete? Is it good? Are there any good ouran communities around??!! Help I'm going a little insane over here. Danielle I hope you know what you just got yourself into by doing this XD

Oh god why does school have to start today!!! Where the hell did my vacation go??? *bangs her head on desk*

So basically I'm taking two courses each semester to add a certification to my degree. WELL these courses ARE online and I thought they wouldn't be too bad but they may be even worse than regular classes. -_- God help me. School starts on the 30th so I thought I should check my courses through webct and already there are tons of things to do that are DUE THURSDAY! and I've printed 30 pgs worth of notes and crap I need *whimper* My poor printer...

One of my first assignments is I have to study about myself, or my historical background. Apparently to my teacher even if you were born in America you're not an American, just an American citizen. SO I should know all about my heritage and actually go study about it -_- she gave me links too, fuck I hate learning about myself *eyeroll*

In other news I watched Apacalypto, the film done by Mel Gipson, and it was pretty good; SAD AS HELL in the fact that it was brutally realistic but very well done as far as historacal acuracy.

ALSO watched Naruto 'The lost story',

which is basically the Waterfall Village OVA and I couldn't stop cringing everytime the dubbed Kakashi talked. What happened to the sexy nin? And why was he replaced with a man that sounds 70 and unattractive with no acting skills?? This arc also made me realise that I may never be able to go back to watching the twelve year old Naruto because quite frankly I feel soooo wrong for picturing him way older...

Bought season two of DBZ ^_____^ I love Vegeta and he was surpringly cheap, or well the box set was :)

Bleach on the brain

So I had the opportunity to watch the Bleach eps I missed while I was gone, and am I the only one who thought that nothing really happened?

I mean I liked that Ichi got his ass handed to him with a flip flop, saw Yoruichi, Kisuke (I love it when she calls him that *squee*) Orihime googling Ichi....and that was pretty much it right?

I dont' know why I felt let down when I already knew what was going to happen but whatever.

So I passed out afterwards on the couch, and I guess I was just asking for it because I dreamt Bleach.

And no this wasn't the kind I like where H!Ichigo's all tied up on my bed..*cough* I dreamt the twins and Rukia dragged Ichi shopping and tormented him all the while. Somehow things ended up at a waterpark and Yuzu forced Rukia and her nii-chan on a log ride (yes in swimsuits) and Ichigo almost passed out with Rukia barely wearing anything in his lap :) It was fun tormenting him in my mind. *evil laughter*

*sigh* I wonder if this has been written somewhere because I desperately want to read a story with all four of them shopping (or better yet at a water park XD) = ( Anyone got any recs???

Or has this ever happened to anyone else??

Squishy here letting yall know that I'm back, broke, tan (well a little), and have very little to show for all the money I spent >_____<

I do have a new Urahara plushie to add to my collection though!!!!! *squee* I love him to bits. But I still can't make myself take him out of the plastic bag *is pathetic*

Anyway, I came back late Saturday night, took all of Sunday to unpack and catch up on my f-list, seriously yall do double time while I'm gone. I had 56 emails waiting for me on Yahoo *love* Not all were messages, but there were plenty of updates to look into.

I read two books on my 'vacation' and The Twentieth Wife by Indu Sundaresan is awesome, I will be tracking down the sequel next time I go go to used bookstore.

To make this short I'm glad to be back, I missed everyone like crazy!!! Only a handful of days till Summer I starts so I'm going to make the most of this break :)

I'll post a bit more later, but I wanted to give the head up that I'm baaaackkk and it's great to be home.

So it is here, my week vacation.

We're almost done packing and it's past midnight -_- I probably won't get any sleep on the four hour drive to Ft.Worth. I'm going to the Angles/Rangers game tomorrow, if it doesn't rain out, and quite frankly I don't deserve to be going. I don't like baseball, football's my love, and now I have to go sit in the outfield and possibly get hit by a ball. Ungrateful bitch? Yeah, but hubby's really excited so I guess I'll endure.

Then after a couple of days there we're driving to Abilene, way in the middle of nowhere, in my opinion sorry if you live there. Hopefully I will mange to keep my sanity long enough to scavenger around for some internet. My trusty laptop will be lifeline and surely someone somewhere has wireless internet T_______________T Please tell me someone does....

If there is no word from me in a week, (Monday) then I lost my mind somewhere on the 9 hour road trip. Please pray for my sanity. p.s this will also be the longest time I'm away from my beloved dependable computer and internet :( so this will probably be more painful than fun.

Oh yeah and if you hear in the news that some woman got hit in the head at a baseball game by a fly ball, I promise you it was probably me, my luck sucks >__< Concussion here I come.

So if you just can't tell by my posts, icons and mems..I am a huge IchixRuki fan. My hubby knows this and he has been known to make his own IchixRuki reference moments. WELL....while at school one day he happned to find a two guys in his KIN class that liked Bleach.

Well, after the general talks of who their favorite character was, favorite moments, predictions for next chapter etc...they apparently grew comfortable enough to admit they too had pairings. *gasp* Dont' believe me? Okay so I fibbed a bit. It actually happend a little differently.

The truth was my hubby told them I was an avid Ichi X Ruki fan and one of the guys, a big linebacker for our University said he could see where I was coming from. He too thought the anime was leaning towards them as a pairing. WELL...the track star next to him wasn't too thrilled with THAT theory, so he jumps in saying "No way! Ichigo's going to end up with Orihime and Rukia's going back with that Renji dude." *rolls her eyes*

So my hubby, the instigator that he is, got them all fired up and then wisely stepped back and enjoyed the show. I know I may be makings these guys seem more feminine that it actually happened....but it's too amusing to know that big tough 'manly' men will still go at each other's throughts over this pairing. ^__^ It's not just the fangirls, but FANBOYS that will stand up for this pairing *squee*

BTW, the OrixIchi guy had no solid arguement for his pairing except that Ichigo only saw Rukia as a mentor, Ori lived in his world so there were no complications (I guess that one is a little right), and she has the bigger rack. *face palm* Guys can be soooooo wrong....

Okay so nephews got some mp3 players for birthdays etc and they decided that their technologically up to date aunt would help them put songs on their players. SO they downloaded songs and now I don't know what the hell I'm doing. -_-;; I tried I really did! I even went to the website for help but I can't figure the darn things out.

SO now I beg for some assistance. Does anyoen know how to do this, (preferrably step by step so that 12 year old could do it)? OR maybe you just know this kick ass website that helps people like me and could post it my way? I would be grateful and willing to do just about anything to not make me look so damn idiotic in front of my newphew (who worship me lol). Okay so that's all on this post. I have to go write a paper -_-.

SNOWING IN TEXAS

Who would have ever thought I would ever post that? So yeah, it's true, it's snowing close to four inches in fact. Did I mention I live in deep east texas?

We never get snow EVER. Not even during the really cold months of winter...and then BAM out of nowhere SNOW in APRIL!!! Yes this is a big deal because I've never seen snow, much less of this quantity and beauty :) I went through so much film and memory I don't even want to think about it. So yes, this is definately goin in the record books somewhere because it never snows here... -_-;;; okay enough of that.

I went to see The Reaping today, in fact right before it started snowing, kinda scary there hehe.... It was good and that's all I will say about it.

Awesome chapters in both Naruto and Bleach this week. Such a shame there were no episodes though. What's up with that? Neither of them! Shouldn't they be forced to show at least one? I mean throw me a bone :(

Okay that's all, I know it's short but I'm off to go run around in the snow again, and don't look at the screen like that I'm quite aware of the time ^__________^ But you have to remember it NEVER snows in my part of Texas so I must take advantage.

So being the lazy procrastinator that I am, instead of doing homework, I'm surfing youtube to see what managed to survive the suspensions. And lo and behold bad qualities of the Bleach Movie. So I think, why not? And start watching part one, two, three and four and then I can't watch anymore....not because it's not there, but because this movie is totatally pushing this new girl on ichi and the ichixruki fan in me won't stand for it.

So, since I quit watching and I don't want to see it now, I need to go find summary spoilers so I can find out the ending without actually watching it. -_- Why couldn't they have made an ichixruki movie? *sigh* Maybe next time....

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUTUBE..... I try to download ANY of the new 118 Bleach eps and it tells me they've been removed because of violation. Seriously, they've been doing this how long? And NOW they decide to take them off when I desperately need my fix? No fuckin way. Well I'm really pissed now, wtf am I going to do to get the latest bleach now? UGGGGHHHHH They just had to ruin my great day. Now I have no choice but to go do homework.

So the day started off kinda bad......$700 for an update to my car >_< But then!!!!!! New Bleach and New Naruto and I'm perked right up.

Does anyone know if there was a Bleach eps this week?

Oh my goodness, what a night. I cannot belive how many good fights there were in an event. Couture WON against Sylvia and it was awesome. I was cheering for Franklin the whole time because of </a></b></a>missashlee28 , and my husband was like 'you like him? since when?' And he too won! :)

Hughes won also, but I don't think that he did his best. He's just not in it as much as he use to be.

And for crying out loud does anybody else notice that announcer guy's shirt? Joe? I mean it's the same sweater but different colors every time. -_- whoever told him it looked good on him LIED.

UFC's coming to TEXAS and I'm excited. Sadly I don't have $2000 dollars to pay for some good seats but at least they're close. I would have loved to go watch Pierre though *fans herself* He's a cutie.

Great night, I ate a lot, watched great fights....it couldn't have been better.

The weekend could not come fast enough ~_~ One more week to spring break! And better yet, today is the UFC match(it's going to be awesome) and we're going to cook out (pig out) and have some fun.
